Thumbs up $25 to spend Saturday on any local Small Business
I am not sure if I can post this or not.

Anyway, American express is offering $25 credit to your statement if you shop at any small business listed on there site Saturday November 26.

Got the confirmation email. That is good enough for me. Amex is really good with this as they have paid in the past.
I just read the terms and conditions. No where does it mention the first 100k.
