Default Abbington Ridge Village

Anyone familiar with this project. We are thinking of buying and renting it out for a year or two before we move down full time. Would it be a decent renter?
Thanks to all.

Now, this is my opinion only, and who knows what it will be like in two years, but although the neighborhood seems nice, the houses look nice, the schools in that district are not the best. Will this change, it could. That may factor in when you are trying to rent it out, I don't know. There are definitely a lot of rentals off of rock quarry road area, so I don't think renting it would be a problem. For the long term, if schools matter, I don't think I would buy in that particular school district.
