And no one did agree she sounded like a barking seal. (She doesn't.) She does have a "different" type of delivery, though, as we mentioned.

Does the guy who used to do the weather on ABC11 still act as a spokesperson for Crossroads Ford? I remember thinking that was a really strange transition. He DEFINITELY had a strange voice.

That guy does creep me out. I always thought he sounded a little like Paul Lynd.

Tom Smith (the old ones) really drove me nuts. Along with Mark Jacobsen (in DOO-rum).

I miss Grady the Badger.

Are you talking about Mark Roberts? He was a reporter and then traffic guy for WRAL, and now he's in business for himself as an on-air personality.

I think he still hosts the Brain Game on WRAL.
