I'm looking at 27713 to move to from FL. Why are you moving out of that area?

Default Moving out
I'm only moving out b/c we are buying a much nicer house at a great value in a great community. If I could get the same house at the same price in a similar community in 27713, I'd do it. All things being equal, 27713 is my favorite area in Durham in terms of places to live.

But I'm getting such a good value on a great house that the move is worth it to me.

Don't worry. The 27713 area is great.
