Default Looking for a preschool for my 4 year old moving back after 5 years.

Hello all! We are moving back to the area after being gone for 5 years. We are very excited and probably will be living either in Cary or Chapel Hill. Still working out those details. We will be in a temporary apartment in the Brier Creek area for a few months at first. I am looking for recommendations for a preschool. Right now she goes somewhere 9-12 so I am looking for that type of part time program. She will have to do a 4 year old program here due to the cutoff so looking for a academic/play curriculum. Any recommendations? Thanks so much!

Our daughter attends Goddard School in Wake Forest but they may have one near your new location. Definitely worth an investigation.

Our son attends the Primrose School at West Lake and we love it. The facility is very clean, they do a ton of learning and creative activities each week, the kids seem happy (our son is very happy to go there every day, which gives us such relief) and the teacher's seem vested in getting to know their students and providing personalized care. I believe they also have a location in Holly Springs which is run by the same owners.

Yes, Goddard will do 3 half days, 3 full days, 5 half days, or 5 full days per week (maybe more combos) - at least the one near us will.

Primrose has part time. I believe it's a 2 or 3 day option for full days or a 2, 3 or 5 day option for half days.

I second Primrose at West Lake. My son also attends and loves it. We are enrolled in a three day program. The Holly Springs location also offers kindergarten.
