Anyone live there or know the community?? My daughter is renting in Cary, this development is about 10 mins from her. Seems the lots are quote large, 3/4 acre or better. Any pros/cons to this development???

540 will be VERY close to that development. I think the houses are a little high for that area

The lots are large because they have wells and septic tanks. It takes more land to have a leach field and a dedicated repair area if the field fails.

I-540 will be close enough to be a concern, but not as close as it already is to other subdivisions. I would at least not want to back up to it.
