It's a little different, but Durham Parks and Rec just opened a Ropes Course this past year. You can ck out their website for more info.

My wife and I have walked around that place to see what it was like. It's interestesting, even if they nickel and dime you for everything, but I couldn't help but feel like as I was walking around, that what I was seeing was "Outdoors! Sponsored by Coca-Cola."

She's a gymnast with tons of energy despite being incredibly small, so I need to find someplace that will let her play even though she's small and young!
Go to the Richland Creek website. My youngest is very small for her age. They have equipment and training for smaller kids. It was one of the pluses when I was deciding where to go for my middle boy's b-day.

While I can respect a parent being leery with the upside down pic (which I haven't looked for) it is not a requirement and the guides give specific instructions on each run. On the second to final (if I remember correctly) you are given permission to freestyle. I went upside down and never felt in danger. If it bothers you to have this option for your family, it is simple to talk to the guides. We found everyone (right down to grandpa) very friendly and accommodating.

They told us at Richland that we couldn't go upside down.
