We are considering living in another part of the world for 3-6 months (beginning this fall) and was curious if anyone had a recommendation on the best way to find a quality renter who is wanting a large furnished home in Raleigh for a short time period. Not sure if realtors would want to hassle with a short-term lease like this and of course it is a very unique type of rental.
I know Craigslist is an option but are there other places? I would imagine there are people relocating or building and need a place for a few months before there final housing is ready.
