Anyone had any experience on the best options for an adult wanting to learn German in the Raleigh area?

Just a guess flying out here, but, maybe you could audit some courses at NCSU?

Hi, there's always the universities, but there is also a group called CarolinaKinder. They are a group of German speaking folks with families that get together to maintain German culture and language. They have adult classes, but I don't know how good they are. CarolinaKinder.org

I took it there about 5 or 6 years ago. I liked it a lot b/c it was very interactive with a lot of verbal practice. Most other language classes in comparison have more written. Of course, just like my Spanish (even spent a month in Costa Rica studying it) I didn't keep up with it and barely know any German or Spanish. You HAVE to keep up with it not to lose it.
