Realtors??
I am looking for a ballpark figure on what my place is worth in Benson (40/42 area). I am debating putting it on the market. Any realtors on the board?

Why not try zillow.com and see what it tells you. It will at least give you comps of homes in the area.

Zillow does not give comps.
Realtors and appraisers give comps.
Zillow is a fluff pop culture site that misleads people, and sometimes egregiously.

You will not find anything more up to date than what these fine realtors right here will have available for you, 
I would choose a human in the real estate profession whom I can converse with and ask questions to rather then searching outdated, misjudged info on zillow etc. anyday,
