Default Wynbrooke - Martha Stewart

I was in Greenville for the game yesterday and missed the opening event for this neighborhood. Was anyone here able to go? Would you mind sharing any info you received? I noticed the story on the WRAL website quoted the prices starting in the $350k's which seem inaccurate from what I've always heard. In fact KB Home has been and is now still advertising the smallest floorplan on their website @ $378k < 1900 Sqft..... I guess it could be possible they've restructured that to be $350k with the market changing a bit and the slowing fall trend around the corner. If the lots are going to be as big as they say (which appears to be the case), it's hard to believe they'd HAVE to make any price concessions here in the Leesville district. Who's got the inside info!?!?

Thanks!
