Hi, My family is relocating to Durham in June 2012. We are looking for a house (minimum 4 bedrooms) to rent within 10 minutes from Duke. We've got a few questions since we know very little about the area.
How is the market for rental houses? Is it feasible to get a 3 year lease?
What neighborhoods are unsafe? We have a young baby so that is very important to us.
Our research has shown lots of houses to buy but very few to rent. We aren't opposed to buying, however, how difficult is it to resell?
We'd appreciate any help!
