I didn't catch the name of it as I drove by but I saw the Irish flag hanging from their patio. Anyone been there yet? I'll probably skip it on Saturday since I'm too old for the St. Pat's crowds but I'm wondering if the food is any good. My dream is to find some good Cockle Soup but I haven't seen that in a restaurant since visiting family in Boston!
Ate there last week. Food was decent, but the service was sloooooooow. Interior decor was almost entirely unchanged from 1750 Ordinary. Not a bad place to check out if you don't have anywhere to be, but they could use some local beer selections IMHO.
haha PDF menus are a huge pet peeve of mine as well. My theory is that for a restaurant owner that isn't webpage building savvy (or lazy), it's easier to just upload a new PDF than go in and change a menu page whenever you update your menu.
It's too bad to hear this new place doesn't have local beers on tap. With so many breweries in the area you'd think having at least one on tap would be a requirement!
Maybe this place will stick around. Since I've lived here that location has been about 5 different things. We went when it was Mythos, which was pretty good. Went to go back and it was gone. I think that was 3 or 4 restaurants ago.

they use the .pdf menu as that's what they send to the printer. it's considered the "official" menu. I hate it too....
good luck to the new place. hope it lasts longer than the >10 places in the past decade.
