Rental Agency? (Raleigh: landlord, where to live, area)

another "rookie" question - sorry about this!

I'm now looking into the details of where to live - I've found various places, but have no idea what the next step would be.

From searching the forums, I understand that it is the landlord who pays "selling fees" effectively, so I am looking for an agent who can meet me and my partner when we fly over, and show us a few places to help us decide on where we should live.

I'm more than happy to spend some time on email or on the phone before we come over, to help nail down our requirements a bit more.

However, can anyone recommend a good rental agent (if they exist?) for the Raleigh area - specifically around Brier Creek etc (as this is where has been suggested so far).

I know you cannot post adverts on the boards, so if anyone has any ideas, I would welcome a private message!
