Not if the person going 80 is keeping up with the flow of traffic.

Statistically, a person driving 10MPH below the flow of traffic is more dangerous than a person driving 10MPH faster than the flow of traffic. This is due to most people going around the one slow driver versus one driver going around the rest of traffic (more cars changing lanes = greater possibility for an accident).

Tomorrow is going to be a BUSY day for the quota fillers, if the last two days are any indicator. I'd stay completely out of Cary if at all possible. I've never seen one town run so many speed traps as they do. And the sudden uncalled for drop in speed limits along certain roads, is all part of the plan.

What speed limits have been reduced? I did notice an article recently talking about how some were actually going to be raised. Need to keep my eyes open for tricks I guess.
