Anyone has any recommendations for a good pre-school in Morrisville for my 2 year old? I am looking for half-day for 2-3 days a week

Thanks for your inputs in advance

I'm afraid I don't have specific recommendations for you (could give you a good rec for Durham!) but wanted to recommend TriangleMommies.com if you aren't already a member. The Area Group forums there typically have a bunch of recommendations. You may also want to think about/specify if you are open to a church-based program (of which there are many) or if you prefer a secular program. If you're looking for a preschool for fall, be aware that enrollment for fall is typically done in January or February, so some schools may already be fully enrolled. There are often waitlists and openings, though, so don't get discouraged!

There is the Child Development Center in the new Grace Park shops. Don't have any personal experience there, but you could certainly check it out!

The only other one that I'm aware in the area is Good Hope Baptist Church just past the intersection of Louis-Stephens Road and Morrisville-Carpenter. We have friends that go there and like it just fine.

There may also be one in Carpenter Village in that same area. I vaguely remember seeing or hearing of one there, but I'm not 100% certain.

I can make several recommendations if you want to venture beyond Morrisville into the Cary areas.

We love Salem Baptist Preschool!

The place in Carpenter Village is a daycare, not what I think of as a preschool.

Cedar Fork has a great preschool program. YMCA Cary also has a nice preschool.

Not sure where you are, but Peace Presbyterian Children's Center
is at the corner of Cary Parkway & West Chatham and we have been very happy there.

Some of the day cares also have half day programs for example kids r kids in Morrisville.

In terms of half day, non day care these are the ones I know of. I do not know if Apex is further then you want to go but I will include it just in case.

Imagine That Learning Center, Apex
Time to Shine Preschool, Cary
Ashebridge, Cary,
Grow, Apex
The Grove School, Cary
Discovery Center, Morrisville

There are many church based pre-schools, I do not know the names of any but search old threads here for some suggestions.
