Wouldn't most of the ones normally open on Sundays be open anyway?
Yes. I can't think of any restaurant that has special hours for Easter in Cary. If anything I'm sure it's a big moneymaker day for them when you have families that would rather go out than cook for out-of-town guests.
Chili's is apparently open. SIL is a waitress and working the dinner shift.
