Falls Commons is right next to Bedford at Falls River. I love the Bedford area. Does anyone have any idea about Falls Commons? I canít seem to find any review of Falls Commons on the internet. So wondering if anyone can give me some details or inside infos. Thanks.

I've shown a few of the townhomes but never had any clients who purchased one. They seem to be roomy and well priced. I don't know of any negative or positives about them.

Wish I had more to add.

My friend has a townhouse in Falls Commons. Seems allright. I can't recall if it's actually connected to Bedford, but it's right next door so I consider them the same area or even neighborhood.

Drove by the area few days ago. Looked ok. But surprisingly different from Bedford. They looked like smaller kids hanging around big kids just to make them feel good about themselves. Not sure why the HOA fees was so high compared to Bedford when they don't have as many amenities as Bedford.

Sometimes fewer townhomes mean less folks to contribute to the HOA so the HOA is higher.

Are you considering buying or renting? Seems like I "heard" that there were quite a few renters in the area?

When there is a n'hood that I don't know much about...I drive around and stop and ask the neighbors! They'll tell you the good, the bad and the ugly!

That sounds like a great idea. If I find a deal in Bedford, it will be to live there, but at falls commons, it will be more of an investment property after few years. Either way, I want to buy.
