I know there have been other threads about the Penninsula at Amberly but I have a few questions as a new builder has entered the builders group out there. Which one is best quality and value for the money? Royal Oak, Mungo, or Garman Homes? Also, are there model homes on site anymore? & lastly the neighborhood is a Cary address but the neighborhood is in Chatham County. Do the kids go to Chatham county schools, if so for those that live there Have you been happy with the Chatham County schools & what is the schoolbus commute time for the kids as the schools are a bit far? Thanks ahead of time for the info!!! ;-)
