At 428ft you might as well be 4 miles away...you won't see much of anything regarding EMF. I've got a 32K volt power distribution transmission line within 200ft of my house and have had no issues beyond aesthetics.

I've recently searched the CD forums for posts about power line/health concerns... I think more concerned folks really need to see videos like these below.

I wonder what the Gauss meters would show on these types of jobs?
