My fiancee and I are searching for a caterer that can provide Indian, Chinese, and possibly a bit of Thai food for a Reception in the fall. Any recommendations?

I know caterers that can do all three cuisines at the same time but it won't be as good as authentic places. Now if you wanted to do actual Indo-Chinese I would recommend Bamboo Garden. Had their food at a catered event once and it was very good. I've heard Bombay Beijing is good as well.

I know of Inchin's Bamboo Garden, but is there a different place just called Bamboo Garden?

SORRY, I screwed up. I was thinking of this place, don't know why I called it inchin!

It's not totally indo-chinese but they do have a an Indo chinese menu: http://kadhaitheindianwok.com/Documents/indo%20chinese.PDF (broken link)

I ate at Bombay Beijing last night and it was so good! Hakka Noodles and Manchurian chicken!

Yes, I took the recommendation from you personally! We have been happy with them since our local spot here in Durham closed down.
