Public Urination citation + speeding tickets (merged threads)
I got a public urination citation last St Patrick's day. Does anyone have any recommendations on how best to handle? Could I speak to a DA and work out a community service agreement and have it dismissed?

Multiple speeding tickets in a household
I recently got a speeding ticket for 70 in a 55 and my wife also got one for 55 in a 45. Is there any way to handle both together? (i.e. drop one) If they have to be separate, can we each work with the DA to reduce to a 9-over (which wouldn't affect insurance). Neither have used a 9-over in the past 3 years. I had a stop sign violation 2 years ago where I used a PJC. Would it be better to have a lawyer handle both or would he just handle them separately? Thanks in advance for any help.

You need a lawyer or a Megamillions win for your next insurance renewal.
Never heard of multiple offenses in a family getting consolidated.

so the citation is listed as "local ordinance" which from what I understand means it is a city code violation (not a potential misdemeanor since it wasn't written up as a local statute). If I do 10 hours of community service and bring proof on letterhead to the DA, would I be able to get the citation dismissed?
