I found this new million dollar (+) community that is located about 100 yards west of the Durant Road / Falls of Neuse Intersection. Looks like it will be a small community of very expensive homes built on 1 acre + lots. I only saw one being built, but I am not sure how new this community is.

Yep 1 home built in 3 years there might be 3 homes on that street. there is a place off holly springs rd in cary that has been open for a year and there are NO homes built yet.

I've yet to see sidewalks, curbs, or the like in any of the neighborhoods in the Falls Lake watershed, regardless of price. I really don't want to rehash the "sidewalks vs. no sidewalks" debate from a while ago, but IMO you really don't need them in these neighborhoods, as the traffic just isn't heavy enough to warrant them.

I went by there today to check on the progress. Of course subdivisions aren't springing up nearly as fast as they used to! But there have been some homes built. My photos don't compare with NRG's, but here you go:

Very Nice! Great pictures! I actually drove by there today and thought about pulling in to take some pictures. That would have been funny if we were both there at the same time! Thanks for sharing!
