Time Warner doesn't offer them and I didn't see any listed on the satellite providers. I was told that you can buy a special cable or satellite box that will get certain satellites, but I can't find any confirmation on that. Any suggestions?

I've been researching into satellite providers recently. I saw that Dish Network offers several international packages.

Ok, as soon as I posted this I see where DISH network gets some international. So OTHER than DISH is there a way to get international stations here in Raleigh?
