Default townhouses for rent???

i'm just coming out of college, hoping to get a job in the raleigh area. i'm looking for a cute new townhouse because i don't want to have to deal with yardwork, but also want the feel of my own space (without the multi-story apartment feel).

i've looked at the apex area but all i can find is townhouses for sale, which scares me right now because i can't deal with maintence problems alone.

so, the question is, does anyone know of any townhouses (not apartments or houses) for RENT in the apex/cary/morrisville area?? THANKS SO MUCH!

Or rent a house from a landlord that maintains landscaping. Craigslist is an excellent resource. What's your price range?

Default check realtor.com

You might want to check REALTOR.com - Real Estate Listings & Homes For Sale and do a search for rentals. I periodically do a search here in Morrisville and there are usually a handful available. Good luck!

Definitely check craigslist and the local classifieds in the N&O and Independent. A townhouse is not your only option for maintenance-free, non-apartment complex living. There are many nice small homes, duplexes, quads, etc. out there for rent without having to worry about maintenance.

There are apts with townhouse style units.

We rented one in the Apartments of Westgrove. Many more exist. My daughter rents one in Montecito Apts.
