I work in west Cary and am responsible for maintaining two washers and two dryers that get a lot of use. Any suggestions for a repair person? We've had trouble finding one.

I will say I have no knowledge of them, but have seen some advertisements for

Call Mr. Appliance Of Raleigh For All Your Appliance Repair Needs

Although sometimes with that stuff it is just cheaper to buy a used replacement somewhere.

I highly recommend Wake Appliance. We purchased a Samsung washer/dryer and refrigerator from a craigslist posting recently. A month after we bought it, we needed our icemaker fixed. That was easy and was fixed. Our front loading washing machine wasn't draining properly. We used A&E Factory Service, and after 2 visits, they still didn't fix it....and didn't really even take it apart. Instead they educated us that you shouldn't use front loaders on a 2nd floor and that we should only use the normal functions and not to mess with any of the other Samsung features. So we called Wake Appliance then. They listened to our problems, took apart the washer, and voila they found that there was cardboard fillers strapped around the drum. Evidently, the on person we bought the washer from on Craigslist must have used a moving company cuz very often moving companies strap down the drum to ensure a safe move for your washing machine. Who knew !!!! Great service !!!! By the way, they pretty much cover all of Wake County.
