Default Another Downtown Raleigh Condo Project in the Works
I have lost count of all the condos going up in Downtwon Raleigh. Has anybody heard of this one before? Looks like it is going up in the "Warehouse" District. I just might have to stop by the Preview Event at the Blue Martini Next week to get the scoop and see what the price point will be on these units!

It looks like an interesting project, but sadly it seems that the price range is again pricing the middle class and young professionals out of the downtown area.
