Hi everyone
I posted a similar topic earlier and got some responses but most were just general therapist. I was wondering if anyone could tell me a good therapist etc in the raleigh Durham chapel hill area that specialized in anxiety disorders your help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks to everyone

Could you describe what you want that you think a general therapist who specializes in anxiety disorders (among other disorders) could NOT provide?

That might help people offer you suggestions.

I would recommend the Anxiety Disorders Treatment Center; has offices in Durham and Chapel Hill.

Anxiety Disorders Treatment Center of Chapel Hill and Durham

Vito Guerra there is a colleague of mine and does great work, especially with PTSD and panic disorder.

You want to ask what method of therapy is offered. Humanistic talk therapy tends not to be as effective as cognitive behavior therapy.
