Default May be relocating from Brooklyn, NY. My husband is a dentist and would like to buy a practice. Any ideas?
Where would be a good place to open a practice? Also need good schools as we have two young kids (5 and 2). Just discovered this forum and very excited to get some ideas from you all.

Be aware that's there's no licensure reciprocity in NC.

Check out the requirements unless they recently changed.

A dentist cannot simply present their current license to receive NC certification. This keeps the number of dentists lower here so dental HMO's and PPO's have few good choices.

I'm in IT, but look here. Dental License Information &

Thanks! My husband used to work at a practice in Oceanside LI a few yrs back. He actually grew up in LI--I am the brooklyn gal. But I think the time has come for us to move!
