Any idea of what other establishments may take up residence on the new corner? A coffee, donut, food place would be great for all who travel west towards Durham (me)

Ten bucks says the Harris Teeter will have a small Starbucks inside pretty much guaranteeing no independent coffee place will open in the same shopping center. If other Harris Teeter anchored shopping centers are any indication you can probably expect some combination of the following uninspired vendors.

Mattress Store
Frozen Yogurt Shop
Cheap Nail Salon
Smoker Friendly
Onsite Shipping Store

JDH Capital is developing the property. This link leads to their marketing flyer, but not much info besides the Teeter:

Also here:

Bean Traders is next to Harris Teeter at Meadowmont in Chapel Hill. Of course, it's Chapel Hill.

We just moved in right down the road and were horrified to learn we are out of all delivery zones haha. As former Chicagoans this was very alarming. We finally convinced the Jets on Creedmoor to come out our way. Can't wait to see what turns up.

I like a good donut, pastry, muffin or b'fast sammich in the morning. No options on 98 towards Durham. Sheetz would be OK, though not impressed with their bakery. Ex-NJ, and we really miss Wawa. Seems they skipped NC and opened in FL recently
