Newly leased Hyundai needs an oil change. We take our other vehicles very happily to WASP in Durham, but they don't touch Hyundai's. We don't want to take it to the dealer, if possible and DH hates Jiffy Lube.
Suggestions, please? Really - all we need is an oil change.

Dauntless Transmissions springs to mind - if you don't mind a little further haul, Creech Automotive off of Wake Forest Rd is also good. I take my Hyundai to them. What did you lease and how did you like it? I'm starting to plan out a replacement for my '03 Sonata...
A 2013 Sonata. VERY happy with the vehicle, but not so much the dealer we leased it from. Too much last minute haggling and frustration. (Prior happy owner of Toyota's and Honda's, but this Hyundai is truly impressive for the money.)
My experience with AAA is that their oil changes are cheap, but they aren't as fast as JL. Worse, AAA will relentlessly try to upsell additional services. It turned me off.

I tried them with my Corolla and they stunk.
Besides a long wait, they had the wrong oil quantity specs for my car.
I now use Leith exclusively.
There is a great independent called Eastgate Shell on Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh. Family owned and competent.
Since I started this thread, we've taken the 2005 Camry and the 2013 Sonata to AAA on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh. Efficient, quick, cheaper than most (we are AAA members) and the computers for customers waiting is habdy. I've no complaints with them, but for any extensive work, the Camry will be going to WASP.
