Does anyone know of any new home communities/subdivisions that have a daycare on site? I don't mean someone doing daycare in their home. I'm speaking of an actual daycare center in the community right on the property.
I am thinking of proposing this offer to a community and I want to know if anyone knows if this is something that is done here in North Carolina. I used to live in Maryland and I did see this at some of the properties.
If anyone knows or lives in a community that you would like to see this happen in, please feel free to give me your suggestions.
There is a daycare in the Cary Park area/neighborhood. I think there's also still one in Carpenter Village (although technically not new construction, I still consider it pretty new).

In Southern Village in Chapel Hill there is a Daycare Center along with a church that has a preschool. It is a planned community with a village (stores/restaurants/offices/pool, etc.) incorporated into the development, so it's slightly different than most communities.
