Default Pittsboro, Apex, Siler City Short Term leases?

Hi all,

My wife and i are moving to Raleigh area and if our home here in PA doesn't sell soon, we will be in need of a short term lease. I am especially interested in real short... as in 3 month terms. Does anyone currently live in or know of an apartment like this? ANY help would be greatly appreciated as my move date is rapidly nearing.

Hello!

We rented at Beaver Creek Townhomes in Apex last year. We signed a 6-month lease, but they may offer a 3-month. Their # is (919) 387-4666. You can also check apartmentguide.com for many more rental listings. Good luck!

Good choice, if they have an opening.
I helped a client get in and she likes it for 3-6 months to learn the area before buying.

That's why we rented too when we first moved to NC. We didn't know the area at all and really wanted to look around before we bought again. Beaver Creek was very helpful. Although we signed a 6-month lease, we ended up finding the right house after just 3 months of renting there. They were nice enough to help us find another tenant for our unit. That way we didn't have to pay to get out of our lease. This is the reason I've recommended them several times on this board. (Plus it's a nice place in a good location! )
