I was just wandering how everyones house is coming along in Edgemont Subdivison. We went by there the other day and they got a few already going up. We are still trying to sell our house in FL, so our house hasn't started yet. Anyone else building in that neighborhood?

The edgemont area was a place most people wanted to stay away from. Hope you have checked the area out well. I use to run routes through there and it was very nasty in many parts.

we are trying to sell our house too...spoke with an edgemont rep. the other day and she explained that about half of the homes are on contingency...she also explained that they will not start building our home until we sell our current home...which i think is good...
