I know the one staring local favorite Ira David Wood is at DPAC and Progress Energy Center, but I was hoping I could see it and not have to spend $80+ for two tickets. Are there any smaller productions of a Christmas Carol going on in the Triangle that I should look into? Thanks!
UPDATE: My bad, I misunderstood your post. I thought you were looking to avoid the cost of going to the DPAC. Apparently you are looking for a different production altogether.
Will be watching this thread. I know it is sacriledge to say in Raleigh, but TIP's Xmas Carol seems to get longer every year. They add something new each year, but never seem to take anything out. I always think its over when Elvis comes out...but NO, another hour! We have not taken the kids cause it is JUST SO LONG. We go to C Ballet's Nutcracker instead...lovely.
