Does anyone know anything about The Creeks At Millstone in Clayton? This is about a 1/2 mile from Riverwood Athletic off of Covered Bridge Road. We are thinking about buying a house in this new development. Thank You

River -

Evidently you didn't see my response to your other post about this same topic.

Here ya go again -

New construction, 2100-3100sq feet sitting on approx 3/4 - 1 acre. These homes are in the north part of Clayton near Archers Lodge. One has sold, one is under contract and eight others are currently listed for sale in the $265,000-$350,000 range.

And as to real estate attorneys in Clayton, Larry Kristoff on Main St is great to work with 919-553-1212

Good Luck

There hasn't been any feedback on this area, is it just too new?

We were going to buy a house in The Creeks at Millstone but they (seller and agent) mis-represented the development to us, so we bought at Riverwood Golf Course and are VERY HAPPY that we did. Riverwood is an established community with plenty of ammenities.

Its the one near Pritchard (the road that the Riverwood schools are on), correct? I live nearby. We love the area TONS! Its growing fast.

I live in a S/D down covered bridge, past Buffalo road. Tafton S/D (town is called Wendell, even though its Clayton Schools/River Dell). In case you want to also check out homes here (there are a number for sale).

If you buy there, you're about 20 minutes to loads of stores in Knightdale (down Pritchard)...everything you could want.

I drove through this S/D today. Just curious if the OP has been there or is asking for detailed information from someone who has seen it?

The houses have a really nice spread between them if you like that. All the completed homes for sale have very small backyards and most likely a majority of that 3/4 acre is woods. If you build a home you can specify how much you want cleared for a backyard.

Its also very hilly...not many lots are level but very sloping. Still the homes look nice though I prefer longer driveways than what I saw...for those prices anyhow.

What is the name of the subdivision to the right of Riverwood? I drove through it one day out of pure boredom. Incredibly beautiful houses, something I will probably never afford, lol.

Hi All,

We were also curious at the Creeks in Millstone sub-division, but I'm wondering what happend with BoughtInRiverwood's experience. What did the seller/agent misrepresent? We don't want to fall into the same kind of situation. Thanks in advance!
