Soliel Center next to Crabtree Mall (Raleigh: neighborhoods, land, office)

Does anyone know anything about Soliel Center which is planned to be built next to Crabtree Mall? Do you think this will add a lot of traffic in the area around Midtown? You think it will drive property equity up in surrounding neighborhoods, or will it be detrimental to current residences? thanks

I think it will raise the land value a lot. This area will turn into a second downtown for Raleigh. There is also a second tower planned that will be 18 stories and mostly an office tower. There are also plans for several urban type projects which will be 3-5 stories with possibly street level retail. If Soleil is a success expect more of these projects in the future.
