Election registration shows she now lives in Wilkes County...registration effective 1/24.

And WRAL has now updated to say she sent a text saying she has resigned.

So the Democratic majority will be appointing two individuals to fill seats formerly filled by Republicans (Malone and Goldman).

Might be off topic, but I wonder how many other people leave or avoid Wake Co rather than deal with the school system it has...

Not enough, evidently, when you consider how crowded the schools are and how much it continues to grow and add thousands of students each year!
