Default Can anyone recommend any good private custom builders in the Raleigh area?
I know I posted something similar a while back, but didn't get much response. Anyhow, we are looking to build in Wake Forest. We are not looking for anythingy fancy, just well built. We are looking to spend about $65-$75 sq/ft. Any recommendations of private builders that anyone has used? I have the land.

Default Specialty Builder
We just built a home (in Wake Forest) with Richard Kolarov of Specialty Builder. I have no idea what his standard rates per square foot are, but we could not have had a more positive experience. He was pretty creative in helping us solve through some things that we wanted incorporated into our home. Check him out!
