Does anyone have anything to add about Stonewall Farms in Fuquay Varina? I'll take any info and experiences you have had or heard.

I know that there is a small airstrip right next to it so look into that. Nice houses though. The homes look alot like the ones in southern and rand meadows.

Hi! I live in a neighborhood right beside Stonewall Farms. Stonewall Farms is a very nice neighborhood, which was recently built within the last 1-1.5 years. The neighborhood was recently developed from farmland. the other neighborhoods on Air Park road have been there longer and have smaller houses than Stonewall Farms. the houses in Stonewall Farms I think are about 400k; however, each lot is about an acre. The houses in that neighborhood have the style of North Raleigh, I forgot the name of the specific neighborhood that i am thinking of, it's a HUGE neighborhood down Falls of the Neuse, newer neighborhood. Anyways, I LOVE living off Air Park Road. we never really hear airplanes, well you might hear a tiny one every once in awhile, but they are small aircrafts and only fly around occassionally. the airport is just a landing strip basically for small aircrafts but there isn't much activity. living in this area is really nice because we are not on a main road, so there isn't much traffic. the people are great and very friendly in this area. also, there's a food lion right down the street, 2 Harris Teeters both within 1 mile from that location, and most of main part of Fuquay Varina is only 5 minutes down the street, where there is also a Kroger. Downtown Raleigh is about 20 minutes away. There are several routes to I-40 and the beltline all within 15-20 minutes. I don't know where you live now, but if you like being in Raleigh alot, you will need to get used to driving 20-30 minutes, depending on where you are going, but you get used to it. I love living in that area! Good luck and hope this helps!
