I am looking for someone to make recommendation on what plants to plant in our front shrub bed and rear shrub bed. I would like them to come up with a set of plants that will fill the space and look good over different seasons. I also looking for them to re mulch these areas after planting all new flowers and shrubs. Looking to stay on budget but also have someone with good experience and opinion. Would landscaper be right name ? not sure maybe gardner or planter?
Anyone used someone recently or past that you could recommend?
(But I don't know if I would classify them as a budget landscaper. A GOOD landscape design guy - YES, absolutely he qualifies for that definition. Also a very nice guy.)

I have not used them but have heard really good storys about them. Mike Rodgers is a local guy and first rate.
They're a big company, but we took lots of bids for our house from both big and small companies, and they far and away had the best ideas for design, best response to inquiries and changes, and a pretty good price, to boot.
