recommend a chapel hill/carrboro, hillsborough realtor? (buying, rules)

Hello, I know it is against forum rules to post publicly but I would love to hear from anyone via DM that has had a very positive buying experience. Someone who is tech savvy and does well with remote buyers.

We'll be looking in CH, Carrboro and Hillsborough initially and then will narrow it down.
