Does anyone take a yoga class, or know of a good place in the Raleigh area for yoga. Thanks for any help.

Hey Debbie, I think the Parks and Rec of Raleigh have Yoga classes at different places such as Optimist Center or Millbrook Exchange or Lake Lynn. I'm pretty sure the Parks and Rec have a website so that may tell you more.

I've heard good things about Wake Forest Yoga. I've met the owner/instructor at the dog park and she's very nice.

Has anyone taken the hot yoga classes in Chapel Hill? (By Whole Foods?)

Bikram is my favorite style of yoga, and I'm thinking of taking classes again.
