Hi, my honey and I hope to move to pilot mt. area in about a year. I will be done with my degree in vocational ed by then, and hope to teach at a hospitiality or at-risk population school. I've been looking at the ads for home prices and am considering buying one of the homes, small though they may be for under 50K, just to have a place to move to. Does anyone out there have any advise for me?
Thanks

Default Can you say manufactured housing...?

Seriously though, you could not even find a factory-built home for the $50K budget you are proposing. Sorry you don't want a mortgage but it is what you must expect to do if you want any quality of living at all.
