Anyway, looks much better than the ancient sheet vinyl I currently have, though not nearly as nice as real thing I'm sure.

I'm doing this instead of real thing because I'm going mega cheap on my kitchen redo, but also because I can't move the fridge without redoing the wiring for my alarm system, and there's no easy way to move the wedged in fridge. I know, this makes no sense, but basically I can just stick tiles under the fridge and fix the rest some other time, or never.

Hmmm. How does the pricing on this stuff compare to stuff like Pergo, I wonder? I assume the vinyl might be more durable?

Need to refinish the floors in the townhouse to rent it out.

I'm not sure but Home Depot is selling it for $5.17/sq ft - in my case, I probably need very few tiles because my kitchen is that small. I mean - my dog and I can barely fit in it together. So Pergo is probably cheaper but this seems like it may be a little easier? interlocking PVC

It's been a while since anyone posted so here goes...how and what did you do in this interval?

I'm looking for someone to do a bathroom floor (small area, 70 sq ft). I'd like to put high end sheet vinyl (for durability and warmth) right over marble tile (some tiles are cracked). Wonder if that's doable. I know some people have said that their "floating" vinyl tiles can be used over ceramic and marble. Need to find a reliable installer who won't think the job is "too small". Hope he realizes that one job done well can easily lead to bigger jobs!

Also need a handyman type to remove a portion of a fence. But I think that's for a different thread.
