There are a number of establishments in our area worthy of recognition, and we want to know your personal favorites. Vote today for the best of Western Wake County's shops, restaurants, service providers, sports teams, local media personalities and much more. Voting runs from Sept. 1, 2007 to Midnight on Oct. 31, 2007. Winners will be announced in the January/February 2008 issue of Cary Magazine and on CaryMagazine.com.

I'm not sure about getting free copies. We received a few complimentary issues when we first moved here. They must have gotten our name/address off some new homeowner list or something. You can subscribe here:

I don't think so. A few months back, they were accepting reader nominations for the awards. I assume they picked the top nominations for the final vote.
