Geoff B is on a distinguished road
Default Wynbrooke

Most of the homes that are being lived in are not like the two models at all. However, they are all about the same price. Different strokes for different folks but the models near the front entrance are astounding. Of course it is the buyers choice but in my opinion these models are superb Moderator cut: soliciting. You have more square footage than Twin Lakes and at least 1/2 acre or more.

By, the way they have currently dropped the price $50,000 on these homes. It's a buyers market.

As a matter of disclosure, the Wynbrooke subdivision has I-540 in the back. It is also considered in the flight path for RDU. However, Twin Lakes is more in the direct flight path. Also, Strickland Road is in the front of the subdivision.

I live close to there and I would love to have a home in the Wynbrooke sub. This is just a superb location, that is close to everything, yet feels like you have some land and room to move around. Excellent school, excellent location, and the plane noise is really not that bad at all.
