Hill Mont Apartments (Carrboro) (Greensboro: apartment complex, landlord, upkeep)

Anyone familiar with the Hill Mont apartments in Carrboro?

If you mean the ones near Estes and N Greensboro I have some friends that live there. The apartments are older but my friends have a good relationship with the landlord. I think he's pretty responsive and does a lot of the maintenance and upkeep himself. Most of the folks I know who live there are single, but not students.

Wow. I sent you a private message and did not read your entire post. Sorry Do you know what type of apartment complex it is? I am out of state the apartments are on Fidelity street. I notice most apartment complexes come up under google reviews but this one did not hence why I posted here. Is it because it is a smaller complex? The apartment available was listed on another website (can we post websites on this forum) and a realtor emailed me back. So not even sure where she fits in in the web of landlord, realtors, and renter.

Oh, no — that's not the one I'm thinking of. I do know some other folks that live on Fidelity. Couldn't tell you exactly which complex, but there are a lot of families that live over that way. I just generally lump them all together in my mind as "Fidelity St".
