I just got contract signed on my new house in Bedford, moving to Raleigh early next year. Which of the local colleges, universities, etc. have classes that adults (non-students) can take. I want to keep studying Italian language, history, and literature. I do not want to apply to college, I am adult and already have bachelor's master's and law degree. I just want to learn.
Thanks for your help.
And -- I am excited about moving to my new house.

Check out meetup.com. There is a group there that gets together to speak Italian, learn about italian history, culture, etc. I would tell you more, but their info was partly in Italian!

Wake Tech offers continuing education classes with foreign languages, and they do offer Italian!

I took a French class through them and it was great. It really helped on my trip to Paris.

Good luck!

Thanks Ferrickhead. I just checked and unfortunately they only offer beginning classes. Maybe they will offer more if there is demand. I love this forum, everyone is so nice and helpful!
