I'd also be interested in where the local builders (like Wardson, Jordanbuilt, Rice, etc) are buying up land in the triangle area. Someone told me around Holly Springs, but who knows?

Ashton Woods is buying about 65 acres in S. Cary near Kildaire Farm Rd/Ten Ten Rd intersection - off Arthur Pierce Rd. There are plans for about 130 houses to be built. The petition for annexation of the property to Cary was approved, so guessing that construction will begin soon.

I'm building a house now and based on frustrated feedback from local builders all the buildable lots are gone close to civilization and most beyond civilization (Apex for example) are gone as well. No one has been putting together parcels in some years.

they're building homes in the area, but only 1 of those is an area home builder. It's very sad to me.

Google Ashton Woods. It's easy to find. Links to developer sites aren't allowed on C-D.
